The vast majority of business owners have forgotten how to interact with people in an empathetic manner. Our behavior should scream decency and respect. People need to pay their bills! The actual problem is with business owners who are selfish people.
In the early days of your business, you shouldn’t forget to put people first. Everyone deserves common courtesy. Do unto others how you would like to be “done.” When there are issues that show up in your organization, don’t be quick to point the finger. Instead look inside for flaws first. Provide the solution. It’s possible you are the problem, and such humility will win you loyalty.
MLM is a great industry in which to work! So is direct sales! You can make a lot of income working in these industries. The challenge isn’t the company or its business model. The problem is often in leadership inside the company.
We need a change in attitude in order for the negative stereotype to ever have the chance of fading. Folks who have to earn income working from home need to be treated with dignity. Until we master this fact, the industry as a whole will continue to have a bad image. When we do better by people, our industry will look better.
Once we mature in the business, the business reputation will get better. It’s a great way to work from home. Hopefully, today’s writing is doing something to change the perception.
